• Drafting contracts for the Federal bank: contracts of guarantee, credit contracts for individuals, contracts of real estate mortgage, pledge of goods in circulation and other contracts.

•  Complex legal support of the establishment of a major Federal bank branch in Volga region.

• Achievement - in the name of developer – agreements with a major regional bank about mortgage for a land plot located on the territory of a future shopping center. We provided legal support for the contract as well.

• Representation of a client  when acquiring a regional bank: negotiations with a vendor, Legal Due Diligence, legal support for a drafting and conclusion of shareholder agreements, interaction with the Central Bank of Russia.

• Representing the interests of a major Federal bank as a creditor in case of debtor insolvency initiated by the debtor for the purpose to avoid debt evasion.
